USDA Force Main Replacement
Beltsville, MD

Our engineers completed the design-build layout and permitting for a new 8” HDPE forcemain, installed
via horizontal directional drilling (HDD) to minimize surface disruption. The alignment ran approximately
20 feet beneath Beaver Dam Creek on the Beltsville, MD campus demonstrating our ability to execute
complex utility installations in environmentally sensitive areas with precision and care.

Laurel Block – Howard County, MD

Delivered civil design services for site development plan (SDP), utility layout, and stormwater management for a private development in Laurel. Ensured compliance with county standards and streamlined coordination for approvals.

Union Wharf – Baltimore City, MD
